Book Babes is a women-centered reading community offering book discussions, author events, reader content, community updates, memberships, and related book-focused experiences.

Book Babes may offer both free community participation and paid membership options.

Book Babes may offer free community membership and paid Book Babes Insider membership.

Free membership may include community updates, event information, reading recommendations, and general Book Babes communications.

Book Babes Insider is a paid annual membership that may include first invitations, select reader opportunities, early access moments, and other special opportunities when available.

Insider opportunities depend on event availability, author partnerships, reader opportunities, and community programming. Specific perks may vary and are not guaranteed every month.

Paid memberships are processed through Stripe.

Book Babes Insider is currently billed annually at the price shown at checkout. Memberships may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

You may cancel your paid membership before renewal according to the instructions provided at checkout, in your membership account area if available, or by contacting Book Babes.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, paid memberships are non-refundable. If you cancel before the end of your current paid term, you may continue receiving paid member benefits through the end of that billing period.

Book Babes may host in-person events, virtual events, book discussions, author conversations, and special community experiences.

Some events may require RSVP, approval, registration, separate payment, or participation through third-party platforms.

For in-person events, exact venue details may be shared only with confirmed attendees. Please do not publicly share private event locations, addresses, attendee information, screenshots, or other private details without permission.

Members and participants agree to engage respectfully and constructively.

Harassment, hate, spam, unwanted advances, bullying, abusive behavior, illegal activity, or behavior that makes others feel unsafe may result in removal from events, community spaces, memberships, or communications.

Book Babes reserves the right to refuse access, remove participants, cancel RSVPs, revoke membership, or limit participation when needed to protect the community.

If you submit comments, suggestions, book recommendations, feedback, form responses, or other content to Book Babes, you agree that Book Babes may review and use that information to respond, improve the community, plan programming, or communicate with you.

Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.

The Book Babes name, logo, website content, graphics, copy, images, and other materials are owned by Book Babes, LLC or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use Book Babes materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Book Babes may share book recommendations, links, and resources that include affiliate links. This means Book Babes may earn a commission if you make a purchase through certain links, at no additional cost to you.

Book recommendations and opinions remain our own.

Book Babes is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, memberships, events, communications, or third-party links.

Participation in events and community spaces is voluntary.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.

Continued use of the website, memberships, events, or community spaces after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
